Our client is hiring a Director of Technology to lead the evolution of its technology ecosystem and support the company’s next phase of growth. You will be responsible for shaping the systems, architecture, and integrations that support logistics workflows across operations, finance, and client experience.
The company is currently undergoing a digital transformation, including transitioning from a legacy TMS to a modern system and further developing its Salesforce-centered environment. You will own and improve end-to-end operational workflows, not just systems, across logistics execution, tracking, and customer delivery. Your focus will be on building scalable systems that drive measurable business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the company’s technology roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.Manage and mentor a small technology team.Improve logistics workflows, operational systems, and business processes.Lead integrations across TMS, CRM, operational, and customer-facing systems.Act as the bridge between technology, operations, commercial teams, and leadership.Drive automation, AI, and data-driven operational improvements.Support architecture, workflow, and system design decisions across the business.
